How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

Generally, it takes 3-4 days for you to get your order if you are in the United States.

Have in mind that to receive your order in the best conditions possible, we ask you to allow anytime from one to two weeks. This will never be the case, but before opening a case, make sure this amount of time has passed. 

We ask you for your patience and understanding that it really comes down to your location and the quantity and size of purchase. 

Has my order shipped?

We'll send you an email when your order has been shipped.

If you have not received an email from us after 48 hours of you buying it, and you want to track the status of your order, you can email us anytime at contact@zuvasta.com.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

We also accept Paypal and AmazonPay.

If you want to use some other payment method that you are not sure about, email us and let us know about it.

Do discount codes cover shipping?

Discount codes or coupons generally do not cover shipping, please do not assume the code will cover shipping unless it specifies that it will.

We will always let you know and will provide all the information before anything.

What is the meaning of "ZUVASTA"?

Our store name comes from the Spanish, "subasta", which is a term used to describe the action of selling a product to the person that makes the best offer or the highest bidder.

We decided to name it like this because our core message is that people should always set their own value up to a point where only those who really want and appreciate them will stay and care about them.
